Designed and led digital experiences at a leading U.S. homebuilder, simplifying the homebuying journey with intuitive design.
Project Overview
At Lennar, I worked on two main fronts:
Customer-facing experiences
Designed improvements for key touchpoints such as community pages, digital promotions, chat experience, and lifestyle content targeted toward the 65+ audience.
Contributed to the evolution of Lennar’s digital and printed brochure systems, ensuring that both online and offline experiences aligned to support buyers at every stage of the home journey.
Internal tools & systems
Led the revamp of Lennar’s design system, bridging gaps between design and development teams and paving the way for more consistent, high-quality experiences.
Explored solutions for a new user-friendly internal mobile app interface supporting internal home consultants in efficiently managing daily interactions with individual potential homebuyers.
I piloted improvements to the design handoff process, aiming to reduce production timelines and strengthen cross-team alignment. This included open communication channel with developers and working with them on setting new design handoff standards that can be used by any developer and designer on the team!
This combination of external and internal work gave me the opportunity to address the needs of multiple user groups — from potential homebuyers to internal personas — while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.

Throughout these projects, I collaborated closely with PMs, engineers, and fellow designers — ensuring designs were not only user-focused but also feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Due to NDA restrictions, I can’t share specific project details, but my work at Lennar centered on delivering thoughtful design solutions, scaling systems, and adapting to a complex environment.
